That aside, this post rings especially true to me as working as an ICT Technician in education for the past 18 months no-one truly appriciates the problems we can have. It's not that I can't explain, ist probably due to the fact the person I'm explaining it to doesnt have the technical knowledge to understand what the hell I'm on about. It's infuritaing and sometimes I think I'm doing the wrong job. I’ve stumbled across this blog while seeing if there was such a thing as a secret diary of an IT technician as I had an eye on starting my own blog but it seems you’ve beaten me to it.
